• Role selection: widow, donor, family, or corporate
• Booking data: session type, date, time, pillar selected
• Donation records: amount, frequency, campaign (if selected)
• Authentication tokens (stored securely on your device)

• To provide and personalise the app experience
• To manage session bookings and donations
• To send booking confirmations and password resets
• To improve our services
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is
stored securely on Supabase (EU servers) and processed only to deliver our services.
5. Third-Party Services
• Supabase: database and authentication (EU region)
• Google Sign-In: authentication only (if you choose this method)
• Apple Sign-In: authentication only (if you choose this method)
We do not use analytics tracking, advertising SDKs, or AI services that process your data.
6. Data Retention
Your data is retained while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from the Profile
screen, which permanently removes all your data including bookings, donations, and profile information.

You have the right to:
• Access your personal data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your account and all associated data
• Withdraw consent at any time
• Data portability (contact us for an export)
• Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
8. Security
Authentication tokens are stored in iOS Keychain / Android Keystore (hardware-encrypted). All data is transmitted
over HTTPS. Row-Level Security ensures users can only access their own data.
9. Children's Privacy
This app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you
believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us.
10. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app.
